As his practice develops, he engages projects of increasing complexity involving print, web, installation, video, sound and other components. He travels constantly, studying culture, urban environments, and global patterns of human interaction. Findings and insights from his travels are woven throughout his work.

Anthony is currently the creative director for Next American City and City Limits magazines. He has designed books for publishers such as Thames and Hudson, Powerhouse, and Gingko Press and led design projects for Maysles Films, Deitch Projects, Steve Powers, The Institute of Contemporary Art (Philadelphia), the Pew Foundation, The Rosenbach Museum and Library, Deloitte, Federal Express, Memphis City Schools, Philagrafika, Wejetset, Creative Time, and The Franklin Institute.

In 2005, Anthony partnered with Dan Murphy and founded the experimental media project Megawords. Through Megawords, Anthony and Dan explore their vision and interpret their environment through print, sound and motion. These explorations have included an art and photography magazine, public installations, a radio show, curated exhibitions, and other publications. In 2008, they opened a pop-up store in Philadelphia where they held small concerts, sold magazines and books, hosted lectures and workshops and displayed their artwork. Recently, Megawords participated in One is the Loneliest Number exhibition at the Philadelphia Institute of Contemporary Art. In 2011 Megawords will take part in Living As Form, a Creative Time project held in the Essex Street Market in Manhattan. In early 2012, Megawords will create an installation at the Philadelphia Museum of Art in collaboration with photographer Zoe Strauss.

Also in 2005, Anthony co-founded Free News Projects with Max Lawrence.
